Pricing for organisers, teachers & sellers
Zero platform fee. You only pay Stripe.
No monthly plan, no listing fee, no commission and no buyer fee. Free events and workshops cost nothing at all. On paid orders the only cost is Stripe's card processing, deducted from your payout — everything else is on us while we launch.
Free events & workshops
€0
No platform fee, no card fee, unlimited free tickets. Guests can book without an account.
Platform fee — launch offer
€0
We charge organisers nothing during launch: no commission, no per-ticket fee, no booking fee for buyers. If that ever changes you will hear 30 days ahead, and orders already started are never affected.
Card processing
1.5% + €0.25 + VAT
Stripe's standard domestic card rate per order, deducted from your payout — Stripe adds 23% VAT to its fee, so a €1 ticket costs €0.33 to process. Rates for UK and EU organisers and for foreign cards are listed below.
Card processing, by where you are based
Card payments are processed by Stripe and settle to your own Stripe account. The rate depends on the country of your account and on where the buyer's card was issued.

| Standard cards issued in the EU / EEA | 1.5% + €0.25 |

| Cards issued in the UK | 2.5% + €0.25 |
| Cards issued elsewhere (international) | 3.25% + €0.25 |

- • Stripe's rates exclude VAT. Stripe Payments Europe adds Irish VAT (23%) to its fee for accounts established in Ireland — a €1 ticket costs €0.27 + VAT = €0.33 to process — while accounts in other EU countries reverse-charge it. Our payout estimates include it.
- • Charged per paid order, not per ticket, and deducted from your payout. Free orders have no card fee.
- • If the buyer's card is in a different currency from your payout, Stripe adds a 2% conversion fee.
- • These are Stripe's standard published rates as of September 2026. Stripe sets them and may change them — see stripe.com/pricing for your country. The worked examples and calculator on this page use the standard domestic rate.

| One €20 ticket | €20.00 | €0.00 | €0.68 | €0.68 (3.4%) | €19.32 |
| One €5.99 early-bird ticket | €5.99 | €0.00 | €0.42 | €0.42 (7.0%) | €5.57 |
| Two €20 tickets in one order | €40.00 | €0.00 | €1.05 | €1.05 (2.6%) | €38.95 |
| Four €15 tickets in one order | €60.00 | €0.00 | €1.41 | €1.41 (2.4%) | €58.59 |

Questions about pricing
Is the platform fee really zero?
Yes. During launch we charge organisers no platform fee. The only deduction on a paid order is Stripe's card processing. Any future fee will be announced 30 days ahead and shown in your dashboard before you publish.
Is there a subscription or a contract?
No. There is no monthly plan, no listing fee and no contract.
Do my attendees pay a booking fee?
No. Attendees pay exactly the ticket price you list; discounts show as their own line.
How does the loyalty discount work?
Switch on your loyalty programme and choose a percentage. A fan joins when their first order with you is confirmed while signed in; every next order with you is discounted automatically. The discount comes off your ticket revenue and is shown at checkout and on the invoice.
How do I get paid?
Card payments settle to your connected Stripe account. Payouts run weekly or monthly automatically, or you can draw down manually from your Payouts page. Refunds go back to the buyer's card.
Why is there VAT on the card fee?
Stripe's published rate (1.5% + €0.25 for a standard EU card) excludes VAT. Stripe Payments Europe is an Irish company, so it adds Irish VAT (23%) to its fee on every payment it processes for us — a €1 ticket costs €0.33 to process, a €20 ticket €0.68. The figures on this page, in the calculator and on your sales and payout pages already include it, so what you see is what comes off your payout. There is no separate VAT line for you to handle; ticket VAT on your own prices is a different thing (next question).
What happens to the card fee when I refund?
Stripe does not return its processing fee when a payment is refunded, so a refunded ticket costs the card fee (e.g. €0.33 on a €1 ticket) with no revenue against it. That cost sits with the sale: your sales page and payout statement show the refunded order as minus its card fee. Your refund policy on the listing decides when you refund; a partial refund that keeps the card fee is possible from the ticket's refund dialog.
What about VAT on tickets?
Ticket VAT is your responsibility as the organiser. You can set the rate included in your prices per listing; it appears as “Prices include X% VAT” on the listing and on invoices.
What does a free event cost?
Nothing. No platform fee, no card fee, unlimited free tickets, PDF vouchers, scanner check-in and the same placement in This Weekend and search as paid events.
Can I keep selling on another platform?
Yes. List here with an external link — we send buyers to your existing checkout and you still get the audience, This Weekend placement and search.
