Example: a €25 ticket paid by card costs the buyer €25.00; you receive €24.23 after Stripe (€0.77) and the platform fee (€0.00). Pass the fee on and you receive €24.23.

Organiser questions
Is listing really free?
Yes. No listing fee, no subscription, no contract. Free events and workshops cost nothing at all; on paid orders we charge one small per-order platform fee plus Stripe's card rate, both shown on /pricing.
Which events can I host?
Garba, Navratri, Diwali melas, Holi, Bollywood nights, classical concerts and recitals, comedy, kids' classes, cooking and dance workshops, temple and society fundraisers, college nights, film screenings.
Do my attendees pay a booking fee?
Not unless you choose to pass our fee on. By default attendees pay exactly the ticket price you list; discounts show as their own line.
How do I get paid?
Card payments settle to your connected Stripe account. Choose weekly or monthly automatic payouts or draw down manually from Payouts. Refunds go back to the buyer's card.
Can I keep selling on another platform?
Yes. Create a listing with an external link; buyers are sent to your checkout and you still appear in This Weekend, search and the newsletter.
Can volunteers scan tickets?
Yes. Invite door staff by email from your event; each gets a scanner link that works on any phone and only checks tickets in.
What about VAT and invoices?
Set the VAT rate included in your prices per listing; it appears on the listing and on each order invoice. VAT treatment is the organiser's responsibility (Terms §6).
How fast can I be live?
Ten minutes. Listings are moderated before they go public — usually within a few hours.
